Biography:

Christina Kirou Diaz received a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a Minor in Psychology from Florida International University, where she graduated Cum Laude and was on the Dean's List all four years. She excelled in law school, where she received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, among other accomplishments, Mrs. Diaz received the highest grade award in Trial Advocacy Practice, served on the executive board of both the Mock Trial Team and Moot Court Team, and was Justice/President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.


Mrs. Diaz interned at the Public Defender's Office, where she gained experience in both the trial and appellate aspects of criminal defense. She also interned for the Administrative Judge of the Domestic Violence Division for two years.


Prior to her employment with Andrew Rier, Mrs. Diaz was employed as Assistant General Counsel for the State of Florida, where she worked closely with various judges of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, conducting extensive research on various legal issues in order to provide recommendations to the judges.


At the Law Offices of Andrew Rier, P.A., Mrs. Diaz mainly focuses on criminal defense, where her primary objective is to reduce or eliminate the negative consequences after the arrest and accusation of their clients.

Mrs. Diaz was admitted to practice before the federal court of the Southern District of Florida as well as all Florida state courts.
She is also fluent in Spanish.
